The Land

The property is located in San Carlos de Bariloche, Province of Rio Negro, on the shores of Lake Moreno, on the route known as “Circuito Chico”.

The surface covers nearly 6 hectares, located between the mentioned route and the lakeside shores; the forested area is mainly coigues, cypresses, aspen trees and pines. The land has an important lake shore, more than 150 meters long, with a pier, which can be used for power boats docking.

BUILDINGS

On the land the following constructions exist:

Main House:
Built on the year 2000, it has approximate 250 m2. It has a living room with fireplace for wood, dining room and integrated kitchen two bedrooms, en suite (one of them with a fireplace) and a dressing room. A few metres away,on the garden there is an acclimatized pool with terrace with an impressive vista.

House Keepers House:
Located only 100 metres from the main house it's a brick cabin, lined in wood and tiled with small shingle tiles. It was built in the year 2000.

Guest House (Yellow House):
Situated 200 metres from the main house. It is considered an historic building that belonged to the first settlers of Colonia Suiza.

It is made totally of wood and is made up of an ample kitchen, living room, dinning room, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fully restored to new appearance, maintaining the original materials and design.

Deposit and Workshop:
Two historic buildings of the beginnings of the 20th century fully built of wood. They have been restored and conserved in their original style.


POSSIBILITIES
There are no limitations for the use and destiny of this property. Given its surface it can be used as a private residence (as used currently) or any tourist or hotel and resort.
The land can be united, presently there are 3 lots, or can be separated in a different arrangement.
