Also, in the 90s, this residence went through a complete restructuration and decoration. Living area is about 700 square meters. On the upper floor, the house offers four guest rooms and three bathrooms, all of them opening on the garden and the Lake. A suite of two rooms and a bathroom, and yet another room, are currently fitted with cupboards, but can easily be converted into guest or children's rooms. The large loft, covering the whole surface area of the house, is ready to be fitted out for any use one may want.
