The property consists of 3,000 hectares composed of virgin native forests, 50% of it being millenary (over 1,000 years) Monkey Puzzle Trees "Araucarias", the national tree of Chile, besides "Lengas" and "Nirres" also indigenous to the area. The steppes are formed by "coiron" (indigenous to the area) and natural prairies with species characteristic of the Patagonia in South America.

LOCATION: The property is located in the south of Chile, 800 km from its capital, Santiago. To get there one can fly one hour from Santiago to Temuco, capital of the 9th. region, where there are 1st. class hotels, shops and casinos.
