The library is topped by a beautiful ceiling partially cut out to form a splendid light well. One of the baths is equipped with a jetted bath and dressing rooms. Facing south-east, the main rooms and the terrace – a large part of which is covered with lawn – look towards an enchanting horizon, encompassing Geneva’s harbour, the Alps and Mont Blanc. The garden-terrace affords all the facilities necessary for organizing official or more private receptions: summer dining room, pergola, summer lounge with bar and barbecue-corner facing a water basin, flower beds and shrubs, plus a charming vegetable garden. The equipment comprises different automatic functions such as air-conditioners and humidifiers, blinds, central aspiration system and nozzle and drop-by-drop watering. Both levels are protected by a centralized alarm system. The outbuildings include two lock-up garages and four outside parking spaces.
