Record Sale Realized for Villa Delfina in the U.S. Virgin Islands

 Peter Bay, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands — Villa Delfina, Peter Bay’s most fabulously equipped luxury villa, has sold. Listed for US$8,495,000, it realized the highest price for a property sold on St. John in the past two years. The sale was closed in 45 days by Peter Briggs, listing broker and owner of John Foster Real Estate. “We handled both sides of this transaction, bringing together a seller from the West Coast and buyer from the East Coast,” says Briggs. “This illustrates the diversity of the Virgin Islands marketplace and collective outreach of John Foster Real Estate and Christie’s Great Estates.”
