Pro Golfer Justin Rose Lists His Home In Lake Nona, Florida
 Pro golfer Justin Rose, who finished tied for 13th at this year’s British Open Championship, is selling his home located just steps from Lake Nona’s famed championship golf course for US$1,480,000. Lake Nona Realty in Orlando, Florida is representing the property. But Rose isn’t leaving Lake Nona. He recently purchased a larger home in the community for his expanding family. Rose and his wife, Kate, welcomed their first child, a son named Leo, in February.
A charming center courtyard complete with sparkling pool and spa, summer kitchen and outdoor living area introduces the home’s primary living spaces. The modern, contemporary style displayed throughout the 3,647-square-foot interior, from the formal dining room to the great room, is further enhanced by unique finishes ranging from Venetian plaster and textured wall treatments to elegant light fixtures and artful design. Four bedroom suites, including the main master on the first level and an additional suite on the upper-level that can be used as a second master, provide spacious living solutions for family and guests. Rose’s stunning debut on the international golf scene occurred at the 1998 British Open. As a poised 17-year-old amateur, he chipped in from 45 yards on the 18th hole of the Royal Birkdale Golf Club to tie for third.
