Coach Realtors Posts Record Sale in Rockville Centre, New York
 The highest residential real estate sale ever recorded in the town of Rockville Center, New York, was realized by Coach Realtors last month. The exquisitely renovated Old Canterbury field-stone colonial home was listed at US$2,600,000 and features 5,500 square-feet of living spaces, a magnificent landscaped yard, and a personal putting green. The seven-bedroom estate is situated on Canterbury Road, an exceptionally private, dead-end street.
In 2007, Coach Realtors expanded into this picturesque Long Island town—located 25 minutes east of New York City—that served as the setting for the 2004 film, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, starring Jim Carrey. The firm represented both buyer and seller in the record-breaking transaction.
