Cottingham-Chalk Merges with Bissell-Hayes
 Christie’s Great Estates exclusive affiliate in Charlotte, North Carolina, Cottingham-Chalk solidified its competitive standing in the area by teaming with Bissell-Hayes Realtors to form Cottingham-Chalk/Bissell-Hayes, Realtors. Owner and broker Dan Cottingham expects that the result will be a significant boost in market share. “While the last 18 months have been a challenging time in the Charlotte real estate market, we are optimistic about the prospects that lie ahead,” says Cottingham. “The quality of our combined 150 agents, and the strength of our Christie’s Great Estates affiliation will help to position our combined firm as the market leader in Charlotte.”
